In this workshop, Suchitra will teach students the key to simplifying shapes and the essence of how to see accurate color relationships. Students will explore the basis of color theory through small and simple color exercises using the live model. Suchitra will teach students how to see color temperature which will help them to understand how to paint the color of the light. In addition, Suchitra will introduce portrait and figure construction by means of interpreting planes. Suchitra will demonstrate each morning and provide individual instruction throughout the workshop.
